1. The program

Program name: Apeiro IQ.

Who sends it: Wilkinson Impact, the business that makes Apeiro IQ.

What we send: appointment confirmations and reminders for calls you book with us, replies to your questions and support requests, and account notices such as billing and security alerts. If you separately agree to marketing texts, we may also send news and offers about Apeiro IQ.

Status: we are not sending texts yet. No texts are sent from this program until our brand and campaign registration with the phone carriers is approved.

2. How you agree to texts

You agree to texts by checking the text-message box on one of our forms, such as the book-a-call form or the waitlist form, and submitting your mobile number. The box starts unchecked. Agreeing is separate from accepting our Terms.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to texts to buy or use Apeiro IQ.

Marketing texts are sent only if you check the box that covers marketing. We never buy, rent or share phone lists.

3. How often

Message frequency varies. It depends on what you do, for example how many calls you book and how many support questions you ask.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s normal rates for texts and data apply. We do not charge you for receiving our texts.

5. How to stop

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us. We also accept END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE and OPTOUT, and any other clear request to stop, including by email. After you opt out, we send one text confirming it and then no more texts unless you agree again. To start again, reply START or check the box on our form again.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP to any text for help, or email support@apeiroiq.com.

To be decided: The support phone number, which will be added here and to the HELP reply once the program's number is set up.

7. Example messages

  • “Apeiro IQ: Your call with us is confirmed for Tue at 2:00 PM CT. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.”
  • “Apeiro IQ: Reminder, your call starts in 1 hour. Reply STOP to opt out.”
  • “Apeiro IQ: Thanks for your question. We answered by email. Reply STOP to opt out.”

8. Carriers and who can join

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and phone.

The program is for US mobile numbers on major US carriers. You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission.

9. When we text

We send marketing texts only between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and between noon and 9 p.m. on Sunday, in your local time. Appointment reminders and replies to you may be sent outside those hours when they are about something you asked for.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared, except with the carriers and messaging providers that deliver our texts.

11. For Apeiro IQ customers who text their own contacts

These SMS Terms cover texts from Apeiro IQ itself. When you text your own contacts from your Workspace, you are the sender, and you need your own program terms and consent. Under our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy, you must:

  • register your own brand and campaign with the carriers before texting (we help you file it, and your texts do not send until it is approved);
  • collect consent yourself, separately for each campaign, with an unchecked box that names your business, the kind of texts, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and how to reply STOP and HELP, with links to your terms and privacy policy;
  • never buy, rent, share or transfer consent or phone lists;
  • keep consent records: the date and time, how consent was given, the exact wording shown, the IP address or source, the phone number and the person’s name;
  • honor STOP and every other opt-out within 48 hours, and remove disconnected or reassigned numbers when carriers report them;
  • follow calling and texting hours and do-not-call rules; and
  • check whether you need a Texas telephone solicitation registration or a registration in another state before you send marketing texts.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these SMS Terms and will change the date at the top. Questions: support@apeiroiq.com.
