Service Providers

The kinds of service providers that process personal information for Apeiro IQ. We list them by category.
Each provider may use the information only to provide its service to us, under a contract that requires protection at least as strong as ours. The Privacy Policy and our Terms explain how we handle data.
1. Hosting and software platform
What they do: Runs the app, stores Workspace data, and runs automations, pipelines, task boards, websites, forms and calendars.
Information involved: Account details, Customer Data, End Contact records, messages, recordings and files.
2. Email delivery
What they do: Sends and receives email from the app and from us, and reports deliveries, bounces and unsubscribes.
Information involved: Email addresses, names, message content and delivery events.
3. SMS and voice carriers
What they do: Deliver texts and phone calls, provide phone numbers, and handle text-campaign registration.
Information involved: Phone numbers, message content, call audio and opt-out records.
4. Payment processing
What they do: Charges cards for plans, usage and add-ins, and handles refunds and disputes.
Information involved: Name, email, billing address, card details (held by the processor) and payment history.
5. AI model providers
What they do: Power AI agents, drafting, transcription and summaries when you turn on AI Features.
Information involved: The content needed for each task, such as conversation text or call audio.
6. Content delivery network
What they do: Delivers our websites and files quickly and protects them from bots and attacks.
Information involved: IP addresses, browser details and request logs.
7. DNS and email forwarding
What they do: Points our domains to the right services and forwards email sent to our addresses.
Information involved: Domain lookups and, for forwarded email, the message and its sender.
8. Where processing happens
Apeiro IQ is operated from the United States. Based on what our providers publish:
- Hosting and software platform: the United States, and other locations the provider uses to run its service.
- AI model providers: data is stored in the United States. Processing may happen in the United States or in other regions where the providers run their systems.
- Email delivery: the United States or the European Union.
- SMS and voice carriers: mainly the United States.
- Payment processing: the United States, and other countries the processor uses to process payments and prevent fraud. The payment processor uses transaction data to train its own fraud-prevention models.
- Content delivery network: the provider is based in the European Union, and pages are delivered from servers around the world.
- DNS and email forwarding: a global network. The email-forwarding provider says it does not store or read message content.
- Connected calendar and email accounts, analytics and tag management: the United States and other countries where those providers run their systems.
When data moves between countries, our providers use recognized safeguards, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. These locations are based on what each provider publishes, and a provider can change them. Each provider is responsible for where and how it processes data; see “Service providers and connected tools” in our Terms.
9. Changes to this list
When we add or replace a category of provider, we update this page and the date at the top. Customers with a signed data processing addendum get at least 30 days’ notice by email and may object. A data processing addendum is available on request at support@apeiroiq.com.
